Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment and accessories in residential and light commercial settings.
- Perform start-ups, diagnostics, and maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and promote products and services.
- Maintain company property, tools, and vehicles in accordance with standards.
- Train other installers and assist with quality audits and site supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with HVAC technical training certification.
- EPA and safety certifications required.
- Advanced skills in HVAC installation, diagnostics, and repair.
- Effective communication and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours.
