Key Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment and accessories in residential settings according to company standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, promote products, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Train other installers, perform installations in more complex situations, and assist in work audits and planning.
- Collaborate with the Field Supervisor or General Manager to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 5+ years of experience in HVAC technical training.
- Valid EPA and safety certifications required.
- Advanced skills in HVAC equipment installation, ductwork, troubleshooting, and system balancing.
- Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift heavy objects.
