Key Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems courteously and professionally
- Inspect, diagnose, and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
- Complete routine maintenance, equipment cleaning, and parts delivery
- Ensure excellent customer service and promote products/services
Health & Safety Roles and Responsibilities:
- Report unsafe acts or conditions, use appropriate PPE
- Comply with safety guidelines and participate in safety initiatives
- Provide input on safety plans and initiatives
- Work in compliance with legislative requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with 2-5 years HVAC experience
- Valid licensing and technical training certification required
- EPA and safety certifications
- Proficient in servicing HVAC equipment and related systems
- Effective communication skills and valid driver's license
