Key Responsibilities
- Perform service and maintenance calls under minimal supervision for HVAC systems.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems courteously and accurately.
- Inspect equipment, identify potential problems, and prevent breakdowns.
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote products/services.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 2-5 years of HVAC experience and technical training certification.
- Valid licensing/certification as per regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in servicing HVAC equipment and operating necessary tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
