We are looking for a dedicated HVAC Service Tech to join our team at Orangutan - Service Experts. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls for heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and have the technical skills required for this role, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform service and maintenance calls with minimal supervision.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally and accurately.
• Conduct routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote products and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 to 5 years' HVAC experience and technical training certification.
• Valid licensing or certification as required by laws or regulations.
• Proficient in servicing HVAC equipment, troubleshooting electrical and refrigerant systems, and more.
• Effective communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours.
