Key Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls.
- Analyze and diagnose customer issues professionally and accurately.
- Inspect, diagnose, and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
- Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as required.
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote relevant products and services.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with 2-5 years of HVAC experience.
- Valid HVAC technical training certification and EPA certification.
- Proficiency in servicing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and effective communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and work in varying environmental conditions.
