Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Longmont - Service Experts. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing service and maintenance calls for residential and light commercial clients. Your role will involve diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving customer problems related to heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing service and maintenance calls with minimal supervision.
- Diagnosing and resolving customer problems in a professional and timely manner.
- Inspecting equipment, performing diagnostics, and completing routine maintenance.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and promoting products and services.
- Maintaining company property, vehicles, and tools.
Health & Safety Roles and Responsibilities
- Reporting unsafe acts, conditions, and hazards immediately.
- Using and maintaining appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Complying with safety procedures and participating in safety initiatives.
- Providing input on safety plans and initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma with 2-5 years of HVAC experience.
- Valid licensing and certifications as required by regulations.
- Proficiency in servicing HVAC equipment and related accessories.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot problems.
- Effective communication and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift heavy items.
Annual Compensation Range: $50,165 - $75,247
