Key Responsibilities

• Work independently to provide residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyze, diagnose, and solve customer problems professionally and efficiently.
• Perform services on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspect equipment, conduct diagnostics, and prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote products and services.

Health & Safety Roles

• Report unsafe acts, use appropriate personal protective equipment, and participate in safety initiatives.
• Comply with safety rules and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Provide input on safety initiatives and accident prevention plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with technical training certification and 3-5 years of HVAC experience.
• Possess valid licensing and certifications as required by laws and regulations.
• EPA and safety certifications are mandatory.
• Proficient in servicing HVAC equipment, mechanical aptitude, and effective communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, ability to work flexible hours, and physical capability to access HVAC units and work in various conditions.
