Responsibilities

• Perform commercial service and maintenance calls with minimal supervision.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems promptly and professionally.
• Service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance, equipment cleaning, and parts delivery as needed.
• Ensure excellent customer service and high levels of satisfaction.
• Promote products and services, generating leads for replacement product sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2-5 years of HVAC experience and technical training certification.
• Valid HVAC licensing and EPA certification.
• Proficiency in servicing HVAC equipment, reading wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours.
• Physical ability to maneuver in various environments and lift heavy items.
