Job Description
The University of Vermont Medical Center is seeking an experienced Identity Governance Analyst to manage digital identity processes and workflows. As the Identity Governance Analyst, you will be responsible for user on-boarding, off-boarding, access requests, access approvals, role mining, entitlement identification, and user role maintenance. Collaborating with business and clinical staff, you will troubleshoot identity governance issues and support the UVMHN Identity Governance Program. This role requires expertise in UVMHN digital identity platforms, adherence to best practices, and continuous improvement of identity governance processes.
Education
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
Experience
2 to 3 years of general information security and IT operations work experience, preferably with healthcare IT certification(s). Epic Security certifications and Electronic Health Record software experience are advantageous.
The level and salary of the Identity Governance Analyst position will be determined based on relevant experience and certifications.
