Job Description
L.L.Bean is seeking a licensed Industrial Master Electrician to join our fast-paced Order Fulfillment Center in Freeport. This is a full-time 2nd Shift position with competitive pay starting at $37.00 an hour plus premium pay for night shifts. Position Purpose
In this role, you will perform senior-level electrical maintenance functions, ensuring the safety and efficiency of electrical systems up to 600 volts AC. You will serve as an electrical safety resource company-wide, addressing concerns and promoting a safe workplace.
Responsibilities
- Provide complex electrical maintenance support.
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC controlled equipment.
- Install, maintain, and support robotics, scanning systems, and more.
- Upgrade and maintain various power distribution systems.
- Mentor junior electricians and oversee contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Licensed Master Electrician with industrial maintenance experience.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and knowledge of NEC and NFPA codes.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively.
- Experience with PLCs, IEC blueprints, and aerial lifts.
- Valid state driver's license and willingness to support on-call rotation.
