Installation Trainer with Clerical Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for an Installation Trainer with Clerical Responsibilities to join Harmar Mobility LLC, a company dedicated to helping individuals with mobility difficulties achieve independence. As part of our team, you will assist in developing, administering, and delivering technical training programs for team members, dealers, and installers. This role involves both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring our products are understood and utilized effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Training Manager during training classes, including logistics and student interaction.
• Register attendees, track module completion, and issue certificates.
• Conduct training sessions and maintain training facilities.
• Handle Harmar product preparation for hands-on training.

Key Accountabilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and deliver quality training aligned with brand standards.
• Ensure the Training Center and Lift Lab are organized and clean.

Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• Customer-facing experience, technical product knowledge preferred.

Skills

• Experience in installation and technical training.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in training tools and computer applications.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
