At Foundever, we specialize in providing exceptional customer service solutions to a diverse range of clients globally, with a focus on inbound calls only. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound service calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Drive customer satisfaction through clear and effective voice, chat, and email communications.

Qualifications
- Must reside within 50 miles of the Chavies, KY location.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask while supporting customers.
- Problem-solving capabilities with a positive attitude.
- Desire to grow professionally within a reputable organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Minimum age of 18 and a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a background check.
