In this role, you will handle inbound service calls, drive customer satisfaction through various communication channels, and provide professional customer service support.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound service calls and communicate with customers through voice, chat, and/or email channels.
• Navigate through multiple systems and tools efficiently to address customer inquiries and provide solutions.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs to enhance your customer support capabilities.

Qualifications
