Position Summary:
We are seeking a Lead HVAC Installer responsible for installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You will ensure customer satisfaction, promote products and services, and provide exceptional service on every job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC equipment according to company requirements
- Perform start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote products
- Ensure company property and tools are well-maintained
- Complete all paperwork accurately and collect payments
- Assist in training other installers and perform audits
Health & Safety Roles:
- Report any unsafe conditions and hazards
- Comply with safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
- Participate in safety initiatives and report incidents promptly
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma with HVAC technical training
- Relevant certifications and licenses
- Proficiency in HVAC equipment installation
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities
- Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours
- Physical requirements: lifting, climbing, and maneuvering in various environments
