Job Description

Discover Financial Services is looking for a Lead Issue Management Specialist to manage and resolve assigned consumer banking problems. As part of this role, you will collaborate with various teams to identify root causes, minimize impacts, and document resolutions. Additionally, you will manage incident lifecycles, service level agreements, and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage lifecycle and coordinate actions to resolve assigned incidents/issues.
  • Ensure service level agreements are met and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain problem inventory and documentation in ServiceNow.
  • Identify and suggest process enhancements.
  • Mentor Service Support Specialists.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in business, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, or Analytics.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Consumer Banking Call Center Operations, Project Management, or similar fields.
  • Alternatively, 6+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, or Analytics.
  • 1+ years of People Management experience.

Compensation: Base pay ranges from $75,500 to $127,900, with additional incentives. Factors like location, experience, education, and skills may affect pay.
