Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated geriatric and long-term care team at Clayton Center. We have opportunities available for full-time, part-time, and PRN/casual positions, both day and night shifts, with increased shift differentials.

Position Highlights
- Provide efficient nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes.
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and execute physician orders.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and oversee care by support staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification as required.
