Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients, collect data, and report condition changes.
- Contribute to assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- State Board of Nursing LPN licensing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
