Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN will work under the direction of Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report condition changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
