Genesis Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to change the lives of patients and residents daily, building meaningful relationships with them and their families. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals and therapists, you will contribute to delivering high-quality care and achieving positive clinical outcomes.

Position Highlights

• Provide efficient nursing care and ensure patient/family satisfaction.
• Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report changes.
• Participate in assessments and care planning.
• Supervise unlicensed staff's patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing school.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Preference for experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
