Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide efficient nursing care to our patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN licensure or pending licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
