Job Description
Genesis Health is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), providing efficient and effective nursing care to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. This position offers per-diem opportunities with all shifts available, including 12-hour shifts.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if required.
