We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our HomeHealth team at ChristianaCare. Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatments to geriatric patients.
- Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
