Job Description
We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Home Care positions at ChristianaCare. Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans in alignment with available resources.
- Contribute to developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
