Job Description
We are looking for skilled and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Home Care team at ChristianaCare.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans and contribute to discharge planning.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Job Types: Per diem, Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
