Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our HomeCare team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implementing care plans and contributing to patient discharge planning. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing patient discharge plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Pay
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
