Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, implement patient-centered care plans, and participate in discharge planning. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions with competitive pay ranging from $22 to $28 per hour. The role involves working day or night shifts, one weekend a month, and 2 holidays per year in New Castle County, DE.
Requirements

- Current DE LPN license or compact state license
