Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and contribute to patient discharge planning.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in discharge planning.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Pay
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
