Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Job Types: Per diem, Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 20 – 40 per week
