Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. Responsibilities
- Administer skilled nursing care to geriatric patients.
- Execute patient-centered care plans in alignment with resources.
- Contribute to discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Active DE LPN license or compact state license.
