Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis HealthCare at the Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to impact patients' lives daily, working within an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality healthcare services and build lasting relationships with patients and their families.
Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes.
- Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
- Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
