Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is hiring full-time Evening and Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the team at Pheasant Wood. LPNs will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient nursing care, assess patients, administer medications, and supervise patient care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
