Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents, monitor changes in condition, and report findings.
- Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
