Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking full-time Evening and Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the team at Pheasant Wood. This role offers new wages, shift differentials, and a variety of benefits, including Nursing Student Loan Debt Repayment and Tuition Assistance. LPNs will deliver efficient nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure positive patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
