Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services, improving patient outcomes, and building strong relationships with patients and their families.
Position Highlights
- Provide efficient nursing care to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and communicate changes.
- Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing program.
- Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
