Laureldale Nursing and Rehab is currently offering LPN PRN opportunities with competitive wages and shift differentials. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN licensure or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
