Job Description
Join our team at Exeter Center as a Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) offering care for our patients and residents. This 81-bed facility in Exeter, NH, provides short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite care. Under the guidance of Registered Nurses (RNs), you will deliver high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and supervise patient care teams.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents condition and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and nursing assessments.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by support staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
