Exeter Center, a 81-bed facility in Exeter, NH, is looking for a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a Per Diem LPN, you will have the flexibility to create a schedule that suits your needs. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will provide quality nursing care, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Assess patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and nursing assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and oversee care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing program.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required).
