Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our geriatric/long term care team at Clayton Center. We have full-time, part-time, and PRN/casual positions available for day and night shifts. As an LPN, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to patients and residents.
Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct patient assessments, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and execution.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
