Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses to join the geriatric/long-term care team at St. Anthony Center. The successful candidates will deliver efficient nursing care, assist with assessments and care planning, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe changes in condition, and report data.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning processes.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
