Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Applewood Center team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Assess patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and perform treatments as prescribed.
- Administer medications and supervise unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing program.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
