Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for a range of nursing care activities to improve the lives of our patients and residents.
Responsibilities
- Conduct resident evaluations and participate in care planning.
- Provide direct patient care and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Engage in problem-solving and bedside nursing.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing school with a current state nursing license.
- CPR Certification.
