Job Description

The University of Vermont Health Network is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Primary Care team. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator and providers to deliver optimal patient care, maintain professionalism, and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a primary care setting.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to deliver comprehensive healthcare services.
• Assist in patient education and preventive care initiatives.

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved Professional Nursing Education Program.
• Current LPN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont or compact licensure.
• Preferred BLS training.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
