Job Description
We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Elm Wood. As a Part-Time LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, delivering efficient and effective nursing care to patients and residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients, administering medications, and supervising patient care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
