Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our geriatric/long-term care team at St. Anthony Center. We have full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available for both day and night shifts. As an LPN, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
