Job Description

New Western is seeking an experienced and driven Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. As a key player in the residential real estate industry, you will be responsible for identifying potential properties for investment, utilizing your knowledge and expertise to facilitate successful transactions.

Responsibilities

• Identify off-market and on-market properties suitable for acquisition.
• Utilize market expertise to negotiate favorable terms for property purchases.
• Work closely with sellers, buyers, and a network of real estate professionals to facilitate transactions.
• Analyze market trends and property data to make informed investment decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the residential real estate industry.
• Familiarity with real estate investment terms such as ARV, BRRRR, and Wholesaling.
• Active Alabama real estate license.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
