Responsibilities

• Identify off-market and on-market properties for acquisition.
• Negotiate favorable deals with sellers to expand our inventory.

• Collaborate with a team of sales agents to maximize property sales.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in residential real estate.
• Active Alabama real estate license.
• Proven track record of dealmaking and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a commission-based environment.
