Responsibilities

• Cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other food products.
• Prepare food products before cooking, including plating and garnishing.
• Follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Assist in food preparation during off-peak times.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and attend employee meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.
