Job Title: Licensed Nursing Assistant - Memory Care Unit

A sign-on bonus of up to $7,500 (subject to applicable taxes) is available for this position! The bonus is paid in three installments: 1st after 90 days, 2nd after one year, and 3rd after two years. Bonus recipients must commit to continuous full-time or part-time employment in an eligible position for two years with Porter Medical Center.

This position is eligible for shift differentials: Evening: $3.00 per hour, Night: $5.00 per hour, Weekend $2.00 per hour (in addition to any applicable evening or night differentials).

Job Summary

The Licensed Nursing Assistant works collaboratively under the direction of the Staff Nurse to provide basic personal care support and specific aspects of patient care. Responsive communication, respect, and support to residents are central to this role.

Requirements

  • State of Vermont LNA license
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work respectfully and successfully as a member of a team
