Job Title: LNA - Memory Care Unit SNF
The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our team in the Memory Care Unit at Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing. In this role, you will work collaboratively under the direction of the Staff Nurse to provide basic personal care support and specific patient care.
Job Summary
The Licensed Nursing Assistant plays a vital role in delivering responsive communication, respect, and support to our residents. The focus is on meeting the changing needs of individuals experiencing symptoms and cognitive loss associated with dementia.
Requirements
- State of Vermont LNA license.
